On the global market accreditation is a tool that helps to assess the competence of institutions provided conformity assessment services. 

LATSERT is accredited conformity assessment body in the field of product certification and testing. It guarantees the service recipient that the certificates and test reports issued by LATSERT is recognized and accepted in all EU member states and around the world.

Konsultācijas - HACCP procedūras un dokumentācija

Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes Regulā (EK) Nr. 852/2004 par pārtikas produktu higiēnu  ir noteikta prasība, ka  pārtikas apritē iesaistītajiem tirgus dalībniekiem jāievieš, jāīsteno  un jāsaglabā pastāvīgas procedūras, kuras izveidotas saskaņā ar Riska analīzes un kritisko kontrolpunktu - HACCP principiem, lai mērķtiecīgi nodrošinātu pārtikas produktu nekaitīgumu. 

HACCP pieejas  mērķis ir koncentrēt kontroli uz darbībām, kuras ir būtiskas galaprodukta drošumam.

HACCP procedūras parasti tiek iekļautas uzņēmuma paškontroles   sistēmā. Svarīgs priekšnoteikums HACCP principu efektīvai pielietošanai ir higiēnas prasību ievērošana ikdienā.  

HACCP procedūras ir  jādokumentē.  Tomēr svarīgi , lai dokumenti un uzskaite būtu pietiekami, lai ar to palīdzību uzņēmums varētu apliecināt, ka HACCP procedūras uzņēmumā  ir ieviestas un „strādā” ikdienā.
